Curious since the first PC build.

I was born and raised in Sammamish, WA, where PC gaming and building simple HTML sites with friends turned into a lifelong love of computers.

The spark

In 8th grade I built my first PC, which pushed that early curiosity into a real interest in how technology works. Taking AP Computer Science in high school confirmed it: I wanted to build software for a living.

Education & career

I studied Computer Science at the University of Arizona, graduating Cum Laude in 2022. Along the way I interned at BoldIQ, building front-end applications and APIs for advanced planning and scheduling software — my first taste of real-world engineering.

Right after graduation I joined Amazon as a Software Development Engineer on Amazon A to Z, the app Amazon employees use every day, building mobile, web, and serverless features that deliver company news to 1.5M+ employees.

In July 2024 I was promoted to SDE II and became technical lead for the platforms that create and deliver internal communications across 60+ countries, leading a new AI-assisted content platform from first commit to launch and driving agentic, AI-native engineering on the team. In October 2026 I was promoted to Senior Software Engineer.
